I think we all know by now that Libby has had a rough luck start.
Broken jaw and broken leg by 10 weeks old in two separate occurrences.
That was just the start of it.
You see, Libby has already used up 4 of her 9 lives. Putting her in bubble wrap is now a consideration for her.
This picture is what most of the pictures of her look like. Libby burning rubber, out of the shot. It does show a great view of the scar on her tongue though. Click on the pic to see it better.
You see, shortly after she broke her jaw and her leg I was understandably hyper-aware of what Libby was up to at any given minute. I was careful not to have her around any questionable dogs so as not to have a repeat of the broken jaw. There are only 2 dogs on Kenny's truck I can't trust her around. They can be a wee bit cranky around obnoxious puppies.
Well, this particular day one of the dogs had to come off the truck to work, so I took Libby off her leash and put her in her x-pen. How could she get hurt in there, right?
Well, as the one particularly cranky dog walked by, Libby stuck her tongue through the bars of the x-pen to say hi and this dog grabbed onto her tongue and proceeded to try to pull Libby through the bars to finish the job.
Poor Libbs. She can't catch a break.
I'll leave Libby's fourth suicide attempt for another time.
